Rahman Shafi, PhD, is a Senior Traffic Engineer at the City of Casey since May 2022, previously serving as a Traffic and Transport Engineer at Moonee Valley City Council from December 2021 to May 2022. Responsibilities included assessing development proposals and researching public transport and active travel connectivity. At Monash University, from September 2017 to December 2021, Rahman held positions as a Doctoral Teaching Associate, Research Officer, and Teaching Associate, covering a variety of civil engineering courses and supervising research projects.
