Rosie Fulcher

Rosie Fulcher is an experienced project manager currently working for the City of Casey since June 2023, following a role as a digital project manager at Kingston City Council from May 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the redevelopment of the council's websites and managing multiple website migration projects. Prior to that, Rosie served in various capacities at BSH Home Appliances Group from February 2013 to May 2021, including roles as a digital marketing systems specialist, business analyst, operations controller, and customer interaction officer, focusing on digital marketing, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Other experience includes a position as a marketing specialist at Musiclink Australia from November 2011 to November 2012.
