Roy Chan

Roy Chan has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Roy is currently working at City of Casey as the Head of Organisational Development since October 2020. Prior to this, they were the Organisational Development Manager at Futurity Investment Group from June 2020 to October 2020. From August 2018 to June 2020, they served as the Organisational Development and Learning Manager at ASG, where they focused on enabling business transformation and developing effective workforce strategies. Before that, Roy worked at MYOB from January 2011 to July 2018, holding multiple roles including Learning & Development Lead, Training & Capability Consultant, Account Manager, and Client Services.

Roy Chan earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Australia, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007. Roy later pursued a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the same university in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Roy Chan obtained certifications in Team Management Profile (TMP) from Team Management Systems in October 2022, and in Linking Leader Profile (LLP|360) from the same institution in August 2022.
