Andy Glasgow, P.E., PMP, CFM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andy is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at the City of Celina since June 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Assistant Director of Engineering at the same organization from June 2018 to June 2020.

Before joining the City of Celina, Andy worked at the City of Shreveport where they held the positions of Assistant City Engineer from January 2016 to June 2018 and Civil Engineer IV from October 2013 to January 2016.
