Anthony Satarino

Anthony Satarino, AICP, serves as the Strategic Services Manager for the City of Celina since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in urban planning and land acquisition. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Land Acquisition Analyst at Meritage Homes for a brief period from November 2012 to March 2013, and spent over five years as a Planner for the City of McKinney from April 2007 to December 2012. Anthony holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
