Noel Graczyk

Noel Graczyk has had a long career working in various roles within the public sector. They began their career as a Financial Specialist at the City of Fridley in 1982, before being promoted to Budget Officer in 1983. In 1985, Graczyk moved to the City of Ramsey to work as a Finance Officer. They held this position until 1988, when they joined the City of Chaska as the Administrative Services Director, a role they currently hold.

Noel Graczyk obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Saint John's University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981.
