Ben Berkman

Ben Berkman serves as the Chief Assistant Inspector General at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since February 2023, previously holding the position of Assistant Inspector General. Notable prior roles include Career Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois from August 2021 to February 2023, and Law Clerk at both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ben Berkman also accumulated experience as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel and has engaged in coaching activities in debate at Evanston Township High School and Walt Whitman High School.
