Chelsea Kouassi

Chelsea Kouassi currently serves as a Human Resources Associate at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since April 2023. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Human Resources Team Lead at The Life Development Center International from September 2020 to June 2022. Chelsea earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing the program in June 2022.
