Chris Norborg

Chris Norborg currently works as Associate General Counsel at the City of Chicago Inspector General's Office, a position held since May 2016, providing legal support for the Audit & Program Review Section and participating actively in audit projects. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago from June 2005 to May 2016, where responsibilities involved liaising with legislative staff, analyzing proposed state legislation, and drafting ordinances. Earlier roles included Assistant Corporation Counsel with a focus on appeals, and working as an associate at Jenner & Block, as well as a judicial clerk for Judge Richard C. Tallman in the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit. Chris Norborg earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
