Samuel C. is an Associate General Counsel for Public Safety at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as an Assistant State's Attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where Samuel prosecuted criminal offenders and drivers of violence. Samuel also has experience as an Assistant General Counsel at Chicago Public Schools, handling labor and employment cases. With a background in Healthcare and Professional Liability Defense Litigation, Samuel's legal career has been focused on trial practice and litigation. Samuel holds a J.D. from DePaul College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Chicago.
