Thomas Nicpon

Thomas Nicpon possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and investigations, currently serving as an Investigator for the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since July 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Police Officer with the Chicago Police Department from March 2018 to July 2020 and worked as an Investigative Analyst at KENTECH Consulting Inc. between March 2017 and March 2018. Thomas initiated a career in public service as an intern at the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs, where responsibilities included conducting background research and interviewing witnesses. Additionally, Thomas served in the US Army as a Military Police officer for five years, achieving the rank of Sergeant. Educational credentials include a Master of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, both obtained from Roosevelt University.
