Architect IV at City of Chicago

Matthew Sepanik, a LEED Green Associate, currently serves as Architect IV in the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities at the City of Chicago since February 2020 and has also held a position as a Building/Construction Inspector within the same office. With a commitment to mentorship, Matthew has been a Mentor at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls since July 2004, facilitating weekly outings for children to enrich their experiences. Previous roles include Project Manager at Camburas Theodore LTD, Project Architect at Konstant Architecture and Planning, and a Religious Education Instructor at Queen of All Saints Chicago. Additionally, Matthew has worked as an Architectural Designer and held internships throughout their career, contributing to several significant architectural firms. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained in 2004.
