Michael Neville serves as the Director of Protective Services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since January 2019 and has been a Police Captain with the City of Cincinnati since December 1987, overseeing significant events and managing large teams. Notable roles include serving as Central Business Section Commander, where responsibilities included managing large-scale events and supervising District Four operations, which involved budget management for overtime and visibility, as well as fleet and building operations for 150 employees. Prior to this, Michael served as a Corrections Officer at the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office from May 1985 to December 1987. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Xavier University, alongside training from the University of Louisville's Southern Police Institute.
