James Burns

James Burns is currently serving as a City Councilman for the City of Clovis, New Mexico. James also holds the position of President for their self-employed business and John Burns Lumber & Hardware, Inc. In the past, James was the Chairman for the Committee of 50, a military affairs committee, and a Board Member at FNB Bank. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Texas Tech University.
