Icma-Cm Jerald Ducay

Jerald Ducay, ICMA-CM, currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Colleyville, TX, a position held since June 2017. Prior to this role, Jerald Ducay worked as the Administrator for the Village of Frankfort from 1999 to June 2017, and previously held the same title at the Village of Crete from 1994 to 1999, and the Village of Dolton from 1990 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Education from Olivet Nazarene University (2012-2015), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Governors State University (1991-1993), and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Illinois State University (1984-1988).
