Felicia Kilgore

Felicia Kilgore has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. Felicia currently works as the Director of Community Development at the City of Columbia SC since July 2023. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, they were the Housing Trust Fund Manager at SC Housing Finance and Development Authority. Prior to that, they served as a Loan Officer Supervisor at the City of Columbia from October 2011 to July 2019. Felicia also worked as a Branch Manager, AVP at TD from October 2005 to October 2011, and as a Banking Center Manager at Bank of America from August 1998 to October 2005.

Felicia Kilgore attended the University of South Carolina from 1986 to 1990, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing.
