Paxton Williams

Paxton Williams is an experienced engineering administrator with over two decades of service at the City of Columbia SC, currently managing the Administration Division of the Engineering Department. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies for a diverse staff, overseeing utility project management, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior roles within the City involved facilitating infrastructure projects, negotiating real property rights, and managing appraisal services for the Real Estate Division. Additionally, Paxton has held positions as a real estate agent since October 2021 and as a realtor for nearly two decades prior, alongside experience in appraisal and property management from a family-owned firm. Paxton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a concentration in Real Estate from Clemson University.
