Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at the City of Columbia SC is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing city projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The team, consisting of a Senior Program Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator, collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to manage resources, address project challenges, and ensure alignment with the city's strategic objectives.
