Shoreh Elhami, GISP, serves as the Enterprise Data Architect and Citywide GIS Manager for the City of Columbus since March 2013, leading data-focused initiatives to enhance decision-making and performance management across city departments. Prior to this role, Shoreh was the IT/GIS Coordinator at Delaware General Health District and the GIS Director for Delaware County Auditor's GIS Division, where significant GIS systems were developed. Shoreh founded GISCorps and has held various leadership positions within URISA and its Ohio chapter, contributing to GIS leadership training and community projects. With a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a background in Architectural Engineering from The National University of Iran, Shoreh brings substantial expertise in geographic information systems and urban planning to the field.
