Greg Taylor began their work experience in 2000 as a Captain in the United States Air Force. In 2007, they joined the City of Vallejo and served as an IT Manager until 2013 when they became the Chief Information Officer. In 2019, they moved to the City of Concord and currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology.
Greg Taylor obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego in the years 1995 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University between 2002 and 2004.
