Paul Winkels

Paul Winkels is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in video production, editing, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Producer, Assistant Director, Compositor, and Video Editor at Triglass Productions since April 2023, Paul has also been self-employed in video production since June 2018. Previous roles include TV Production Specialist II and Motion Graphic Designer at the City of Coon Rapids, overseeing live sports broadcasts and creating graphics for program overlays. Additional experience encompasses video production and technology at the City of Lakeville, videography and editing at the City of Eagan, and various production roles in local media including Hastings Community Television and Hubbard Broadcasting. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism/Film from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
