Raman Bains

Raman Bains currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development and Training for the City of Coquitlam since October 2022. Prior to this role, Raman held multiple positions at the City of Burnaby from August 2017 to October 2022, including HR Advisor in Learning & Organizational Development and Project Functional Lead for the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Implementation. Earlier experience includes roles in Labour Relations and Occupational Health & Safety at the BC Liquor Distribution Branch from June 2015 to August 2017, as well as being involved in Emergency & Safety Programs at the same organization in early 2015. Raman Bains holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University.
