Todd Flynn

Todd Flynn, MA DEM, serves as the Director of Protective Services for the City of Corner Brook since May 2016, overseeing the Fire Department, Municipal Enforcement, Animal Control, the Corner Brook 911 PSAP, and Emergency Management. Prior experience includes roles at Enbridge, where Todd was the Team Lead for Emergency Management Project Integration and the Senior Analyst for Emergency Response Plans, focusing on compliance and preparedness activities. Todd also held positions at Jazz Aviation LP, managing corporate security and emergency response planning, and previously worked in construction management and sales. With a solid foundation in policing as a former Police Constable with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, Todd holds a Master's degree in Disaster & Emergency Management from Royal Roads University and additional qualifications in Information Technology and Police Science.
