Belinda Balderas

Belinda Balderas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in financial analysis and community relations. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst II for the City of Corpus Christi since November 2016, Belinda is responsible for preparing financial analyses and statements for major departmental budgets. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Solutions Consultant at South Texas Vocational Technical Institute-Corpus Christi, where Belinda developed relationships with employers to facilitate job opportunities for students in various technical fields. Belinda's earlier experience spans nearly two decades as a Certified Credit and Housing Counselor at GreenPath Debt Solutions, assisting consumers with debt and housing issues, and serving as the Director of Administration at CCCS of South Texas from 2006 to 2011. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Mary's University.
