Leela Devi is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with a diverse background in health and education. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor for Rhythm & Flow Dance at Timberhill Athletic Club and the City of Corvallis Parks and Rec, Leela is a Black-Belt certified instructor in the Nia Technique, which has been taught for 22 years. In addition to this role, Leela operates as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach under the business name Leela Devi, Fitness & Wellness, helping clients achieve their health goals through sustainable changes.
