Bowe Barger-Balhoff

Bowe Barger-Balhoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and military leadership. Currently serving as Strategic Sourcing Manager - Technical for Carnival Cruise Line since February 2022, Bowe oversees various technical categories while managing multiple projects, contract negotiations, and bid analyses. Additionally, Bowe contributes as a City of Covington Food Bank Assistant and as an Operations Officer in the US Navy Reserves. Previous roles include Detachment Officer In Command aboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, Associate Professor of Naval Science at Texas A&M University, and a skilled helicopter pilot with significant operational experience. Bowe holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development & Global Health from Northeastern University.
