Alicia Chappell

Alicia Chappell has a diverse background in recreation, customer service, and park management, currently serving as a Recreation Program Coordinator for the City of Covington, Kentucky since January 2023. Previously, Alicia worked as a Registrar at Bon Secours Mercy Health and held multiple roles at Cost Plus World Market, including Assistant Manager of Customer Experience and Merchandising and Logistics Supervisor, from November 2016 to August 2022. Additional experience includes an Interpretive Intern position with the County of Santa Clara Parks and Recreation Department, where Alicia developed educational programs for elementary students, and a Maintenance Aide role at California State Parks. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Park Management from West Valley College, complemented by experiences at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Presentation High School.
