Colleen Lettire

Colleen Lettire is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public engagement and strategic communication within municipal settings. Currently serving as the Communications Program Manager for the City of Half Moon Bay since June 2019, Colleen has led initiatives such as the Employee Engagement Committee and earned national recognition for the COVID-19 Digital and Print PR Campaigns, significantly increasing social media engagement. Previously, Colleen served as a Community Outreach Specialist for the City of Cupertino, where strategic communication plans were designed to enhance public awareness and cohesion of city programs. Colleen's tenure includes roles focusing on community outreach, social media coordination, and customer service, showcasing a strong ability to manage projects, foster relationships, and enhance brand consistency. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
