Abraham Cato CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant City Auditor for the City of Dallas since January 2022. With extensive experience at Aramco from March 2001 to March 2022, Abraham held roles as an Accounting Specialist, where responsibilities included executing the financial planning process, preparing annual budgets, and providing monthly and quarterly outlooks, and as an Internal Auditor, focusing on risk-based auditing, process and compliance reviews, risk assessment, and control-self assessment. Abraham holds a Master of Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
