Brian Plinck

Brian Plinck is an experienced video production professional currently serving as the Video Production and Operations Manager for the City of Dallas since September 2019, overseeing government access television channels and multimedia production. In addition to this role, Brian is a board member of the Texas Association of Telecommunication Officers & Advisors. Prior experience includes significant contributions at the City of Denton as a Video Producer and Associate Video Producer, where responsibilities included managing production programs and creating engaging video content.
