Jessica Galleshaw

Director, Office Of Community Care at City of Dallas

Jessica Galleshaw has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jessica started their career at Eastfield College as a Program Coordinator, where they worked from March 2005 to June 2007. Jessica then moved on to RARE Learning, where they held the position of Marketing Associate from September 2006 to June 2007.

In 2007, Jessica joined United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, initially working as a Senior Administrative Assistant from June 2007 to June 2009. Jessica later took on the role of Special Projects & Initiatives Specialist, where they worked from June 2009 to June 2011. Jessica then became the Director of Health Initiatives & Projects, a position they held from July 2011 to June 2015. Their final role at United Way was as the Senior Director of Health Impact, where they provided strategic oversight and management to various initiatives and grants from July 2015 to December 2017.

Currently, Jessica is the Director of the Office of Community Care at the City of Dallas. Jessica took on this role in January 2018 and was promoted to the position of Managing Director of the Office of Community Care in June 2018.

Jessica Galleshaw earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas, from 2002 to 2007. Jessica then pursued a Master of Science in International Political Economy from The University of Texas at Dallas, from 2009 to 2011.
