Juanita Ortiz is an experienced public administration professional with a strong background in finance, procurement, and strategic services. Currently serving as Assistant Director for the City of Dallas since January 2024, Juanita previously held the position of Assistant Director of Finance & Strategic Services for the City of Corinth. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Purchasing Manager and Assistant Director at the City of Dallas, and various managerial positions within the Mayor’s Office and City Manager's Office. Juanita holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Southern Methodist University.
