La'Tifah K. Fowler

La'Tifah K. Fowler holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge. Currently serving as the Manager of Program & Compliance for the City of Dallas since November 2023, Fowler has extensive experience in case management and housing stability. Previous roles include Lead Case Manager at Harmony CDC, where efforts focused on aiding the unsheltered in maintaining housing, and Housing Case Manager at Tarrant County Samaritan Housing, Inc., providing assistance under the HOPWA and Ryan White Program. Fowler has also worked as a Case Manager for Catholic Charities of Dallas, supporting seniors in housing, and as a Mental Health Specialist at Spectrum Rehabilitation, delivering mental health counseling to clients with diagnosed mental illnesses.
