As Assistant City Manager, Majed Al-Ghafry provides executive leadership to Dallas Water Utilities, the Office of Environmental Quality and Sustainability, Public Works, Transportation, Office of the Bond Program, Sustainable Development and Construction, and the High-Speed Rail project.
