Martine Elyse Philippe

Martine Elyse Philippe has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Martine Elyse is currently the Office of Arts & Culture Director at the City of Dallas, responsible for implementing cultural arts policies and programs. Prior to this, Martine served as the National Community Art Action Manager at A Window Between Worlds, driving initiatives for social justice and collective art action. Martine Elyse also worked at Atlanta Public Schools as a Performing Arts Educator Mentor, contributing to the strategic direction of the dance education department. Martine has experience in executive leadership as the Executive Director of AREA | Atlanta's Resource for Entertainment & Arts. Additionally, they held positions at organizations such as Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, the Department of Defense Education Activity, the American Diabetes Association, the Woodruff Arts Center, Comcast, and the City of Atlanta - Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs. Martine has a broad range of skills and expertise in arts and culture, education, community engagement, and program management.

Martine Elyse Philippe holds a Master of Arts degree from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. Martine Elyse has also obtained certifications in Dance (P-12) from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission and Human Resource Management from Austin Peay State University.
