Mike Garcia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in programming and data analysis, currently serving as Programmer Analyst III for the City of Dallas since September 2018. With a strong background as a Senior Consultant for Apex Systems, Mike has utilized PL/SQL expertise to significantly improve process efficiencies for Southwest Airlines. Previous roles include Senior Oracle/Product Developer at Adjacent Solutions LLC, where Mike led the development of over 300 new programs and improved testing procedures.
