Sheri Kowalski

Sheri Kowalski is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as the City Controller for the City of Dallas since May 2018, Sheri previously held the position of Director of Finance for Parkland Hospital and Parkland Community Health Plan from January 2016 to February 2018. Earlier in their career at Children's Health, Sheri advanced through roles including Chief Audit Executive and Controller, with a total tenure from 1994 to 2016. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
