Stefan Kesler is an experienced Project Manager with a tenure at the City of Dallas since November 2004, overseeing over 50 public facility projects and managing design and construction contracts for capital improvements and renovations. Prior to this role, Stefan served as a Project Architect at Carter & Burgess from January 2001 to November 2004, where contributions included major projects such as the Microsystems and Engineering Sciences Applications Complex at Sandia National Laboratory. Earlier experience includes an internship at HKS, focusing on commercial projects and drafting construction drawings.
