Zeronda Smith

Zeronda Smith possesses extensive experience in risk management, serving as the Director of the Office of Risk Management for the City of Dallas since August 2013, leading six key divisions including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability. Prior to this role, Zeronda held the position of Risk Manager at Michaels Stores, Inc. from April 1993 to August 2013. Zeronda Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2011 and 2013 and also studied at The University of Texas at Arlington.
