Christopher Downey

Christopher Downey has been with the City of Decatur Illinois since July 2006, currently serving as a Captain/EMT-Intermediate. Also, since July 2018, Christopher has been working at Mutual Aid Box Alarm System - Illinois as a Hazmat Team Leader in Division 46. In addition, Christopher has been actively involved with the Illinois Fire Service Institute since April 2005, where Christopher holds roles as the Special Operations Training Program Director as well as the Hazardous Materials Program Manager.
