Ronald McKenzie, CGCIO, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Ronald began their career in the US Army, where they served for almost 8 years. After leaving the military, Ronald held various roles in the private sector, including Manager of Internal Services at Edison Electric Institute and Senior Telecom/Network Engineer at Freddie Mac.

In 2005, they transitioned to the consulting industry, working as a Manager of Infrastructure Solutions at BearingPoint. During this time, Ronald led projects and successfully implemented technology systems for organizations throughout the county.

In 2008, Ronald entered the public sector as the Chief Information Officer at the City of Miami Gardens.
