Michelle McCallum

Michelle McCallum has extensive experience in municipal budget management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Management and Budget for the City of San Antonio since April 2013. Prior to this role, McCallum held various positions in the City of Denton, including Budget and Municipal Court Manager, where leadership and management were provided to 20 department staff, and long-range financial forecasting was performed for a budget of $94 million. Significant contributions include the implementation of a financial dashboard for performance tracking and representing the City Manager in community meetings. McCallum's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of North Texas.
