Bob Ward

Bob Ward has a diverse work experience in the field of fire safety. Bob started their career as a Firefighter/Paramedic at the City of Des Plaines Fire Department in 1986. Over the years, they held various positions including Fire Engineer, Fire Inspector, and Battalion Chief. In 2003, they joined the City of Des Plaines as a Fire Lieutenant and later became the Chief Engineering Officer. In 2019, they transitioned to the Village of Arlington Heights as a Fire Inspector.

Bob Ward attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2011 to 2014, where they completed a degree in Fire Service Management with a focus on Fire Services Administration. Bob then continued their education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Fire Service Management. Prior to that, they attended Oakton Community College from 2004 to 2009 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Fire Science/Firefighting. In 1979 to 1980, they also attended Lincoln Technical Academy, although there is no information about their degree or field of study from this institution.
