Bob Ward has a diverse work experience in the field of fire safety. Bob started their career as a Firefighter/Paramedic at the City of Des Plaines Fire Department in 1986. Over the years, they held various positions including Fire Engineer, Fire Inspector, and Battalion Chief. In 2003, they joined the City of Des Plaines as a Fire Lieutenant and later became the Chief Engineering Officer. In 2019, they transitioned to the Village of Arlington Heights as a Fire Inspector.
