Davorka Kirincic

Davorka Kirincic is an experienced planner with a diverse background in urban development and architectural consulting. Currently, Kirincic manages the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for the City of Des Plaines since 2012. Previous roles include serving as an architectural consultant at Durrett Design Inc., where contributions spanned all project phases, and as a zoning and building inspector for the Village of Lincolnwood, emphasizing compliance with zoning codes and urban design standards. Earlier experience includes project management and architectural duties at STR Partners Ltd. and significant leadership in urban planning and development during tenure as Deputy Chief of Urban Development for the City of Vukovar. Kirincic holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sarajevo and a certification in New Urbanism from the University of Miami.
