Bill Wolfson

Bill Wolfson has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer/General Counsel at the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department since July 2013. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel at the same company starting from July 2012. Before joining the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, Bill ran their own law firm, the Law Office of William M. Wolfson PLLC, starting from February 2010. Bill also worked as the Interim Corporation Counsel at Wayne County Michigan from July 2009 to February 2010. Bill's earlier experience includes their role as the Assistant Deputy CEO/Director of Legal Affairs at Wayne County Michigan from January 2004 to 2009.

Bill Wolfson obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1980. Bill then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in law at the University of Minnesota Law School from 1980 to 1983.
