Keonda W. Buford, MBA, PMP, LSSBB, CSM has an extensive work experience in project management and process improvement. Starting in 2020, Keonda worked as the Director of Projects & Strategic Initiatives for the Department of Civil Rights, Inclusion & Opportunities at the City of Detroit. In this role, Keonda was responsible for managing projects and implementing strategic initiatives.

Prior to this, Keonda worked as a Senior Project Manager for the Community Health Corps, where they utilized their skills in data management and automation to build dashboards and integrated systems. Before that, Keonda served as a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager in the Mayor's Office, where they trained and mentored staff in process improvement methods and led the completion of various improvement projects across departments.

In 2021, Keonda worked as the Data Integrity Manager for the TCF Vaccination Clinic in the Mayor's Office, focusing on data entry, reporting, and process improvement.
