Bill Rawlings serves as a Member of the Board of Governors for the California Community Colleges System since January 2018, focusing on empowering community colleges through leadership and advocacy. Concurrently, Bill is a Planning Commissioner for the City of Diamond Bar since February 2019 and has been involved with the California School Employees Association as Chairperson of the Community College Committee since August 2009, leading initiatives for classified employees in higher education. Additionally, Bill holds notable positions with Mount San Antonio College as Coordinator of Computer Facilities since May 1999, and previously led the Watchmen Arts Association as President from January 2014 to September 2019. Bill’s education is rooted in studies at Fullerton College from 1993 to 1996.
