Alison LeRoy has over 30 years of work experience in events and communications. Alison began their career as an Instructor of Public Speaking at the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1992. Alison then worked as a PR & Events Coordinator at WW Group from 1993 to 1995. After that, they joined March of Dimes as an Events and Communications Coordinator from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, Alison joined the City of Dublin, Ohio USA, where they worked for over 20 years. Alison started as an Events Administrator from 1998 to 2009 and then became an Events Manager from 2009 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Events at the City of Dublin, where they are responsible for planning and organizing various events such as the Dublin Irish Festival, Independence Day Celebration, and Halloween Spooktacular.

Alison LeRoy completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Speech & Mass Communications at Miami University from 1987 to 1991. Alison then pursued further education at the University of Michigan, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications Studies from 1991 to 1992.
