Throughout this tenure, Lisa Barton has held multiple roles including Housing Financial Specialist, Community Development Block Grant Specialist, Rehabilitation Programs Specialist, and Rehabilitation Programs Secretary. Prior to this position, Lisa Barton worked as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Finance at Loras College from March 1999 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Dubuque (2010-2013) and an Associate of Arts in Business from Loras College.
