Scott L. Shine, AICP has a diverse work history in community development and planning. Their most recent role is as the Director of Community Development at the City of Durango, which they have held since November 2022. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Shine obtained the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification in October 2008 through the American Planning Association. Furthermore, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the University of Utah in August 2023.
